Share your views on eating disorders 

A placement student from the University of Bath is working with our colleagues at Healthwatch Swindon and Healthwath Bathnes to carry out research into the causes of eating disorders and the support available locally.

This survey can be completed by anyone who would like to share their views or experiences. It is open to any individual, this includes students, parent/carers and professionals.
