We're asking for the views and experiences of people who have been in touch with Wiltshire Council's Advice and Contact team.
The Advice and Contact Service was launched in April 2018 to provide support and information on adult social care services. Our survey will look at how well this new service is working and identify any areas that could be improved.

How military families access health and social care
Our survey asks military families how they access GP surgeries, dental care, mental health, social care and other services. We're also keen to know how health services in Wiltshire compare to where they have lived before.
We are working with Wiltshire’s Adults Safeguarding Board (WSAB) to ensure the views and experiences of those people who have been through this process are heard.
We would like to hear from you and your family about how the process worked for you, how supported and included you felt and what information you were given.
