Highlights from this quarter include:
- We heard the experiences of Polish, Ukranian and Romanian families and the Boater community.
- We helped Salisbury District Hospital to improve their patient guide to making a complaint, thanks to your feedback.
- We welcomed our new Volunteering and Partnerships Lead, and had a visit from the new Chair of Healthwatch England.
