GP practice staff invited to share their views

Healthwatch teams across the south are gathering feedback on how practice staff roles have changed during Covid-19.

This autumn, local Healthwatch teams from across the south of England are working together on a project looking at access to GP practices.

Part of this work will be to gather feedback from GP practice staff to understand how the role has changed during the Covid-19 pandemic, what practices do well and what challenges they face.

Everything we hear will be shared with those who plan and run services in the region, and will be used to develop resources to support local people and GP practices in the future.

Tell us what you think

If you work for a GP practice and would like to share your views, our 10-minute survey is available online until Friday 19 November

This survey has been developed in partnership with GP practice staff across the south of England.
